My name is Carmen Nepa, and I am dedicated to acquiring, operating, and building upon the legacy and success of exceptional businesses. Prior to founding Silver Mountain Equity, I gained valuable experience in investment banking and private equity. I began my career at Deloitte Corporate Finance, an M&A advisory firm that helps clients create opportunities for liquidity, growth, and long-term success. I then served as a Senior Associate at Inverness Graham Investments, a lower-middle-market, operationally-focused private equity firm.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I serve as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Advisors for the West Chester Area Day Care Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing early childhood education programs to low-income families.
I hold an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in Finance and Accounting.
I currently reside in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with my dog, Maizey. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling, cooking, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins.
